At Otantik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Otantik packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
